Lessons from Indic OCR Development
From my speech @ National Free Software Conference. Updated this post because I’m not maintaining my malayalam-ocr. You can download updated versions from another project http://code.google.com/p/tesseractindic/. They got good output and it is continuously developing. Meanwhile I’ll be working on stuffs related automated OCR in DSpace using tesseract-ocr.

You have stated that automated OCR in DSpace using tesseractocr. i could not understand what is “DSpace”? Will please eloborate on “DSpace” since I am interested to know?
